Volunteers, Baked Goods Needed For Our Parish Fair
We are in need of volunteers to help out with upcoming events:
March 10th - Dinner and Show,
April - the annual Seder Meal,
May - “Italian Nite”,
and believe it or not, we are in the beginning stages of planning our Parish Fair in September.
It goes without saying it takes a lot of work, time, and help to make these events successful.
We are looking for Yankee candle jars and\or lids to be used for craft items for the craft table at our Family Fall Festival. If you enjoy making crafts and are willing to make items for the Festival, please contact Aurore McGrail at 508-751-2252.
On Tuesday, Dec. 15th, the Food Pantry Christmas Food Distribution will take place from 3pm to 8pm at St. Joseph’s Church. New Volunteers are Welcome & Needed! The schedule is as follows:
3:00pm-5:00pm set up
5:00pm-6:00pm home deliveries
We are looking for anyone interested in being a part of the social committee to discuss ideas and to help plan and participate in future events. Please join us on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at the Mother St. John House at 5:30pm. All are welcome!!! These events are an opportunity for all of our parishioners to come together socially while some are able to support the current debt. If you are unable to make a meeting but have an idea to share please contact the parish office.
Coffee Shop after the 8:45 am Mass is still giving the parishioners the opportunity to meet and socialize with each other. Currently we need additional volunteers to assist us with the distributon of donuts and coffee. If you are interested in helping please contact Gene Durso at firstname.lastname@example.org or 978-314-1224 to volunteer. It's a great opportunity to work together in the St. Joseph-St. Pius X community.
